Homeopathy doesn’t “treat” an illness; it seeks to understand and address the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is not a medical process. My focus as a homeopathic consultant is on you, the client, as I seek to discover how the dis-ease is specifically affecting your life. Effectively I work beyond the “label” of the disease and inquire about your lifestyle, medical history and family well-being as well as the presenting symptoms.
The initial consultation typically lasts for approx. 90 minutes, and it is an opportunity for you to discuss your physical, emotional, or mental challenges.
After the initial consultation, follow-ups are conducted on an as-needed basis, usually 8 weeks apart. A typical follow up appointment lasts for approx. 45 minutes. .
General Policies
General Policies Regarding Fees, Payment, and Scheduling:
The fee may include the suggested dose of some remedies following an initial or follow up consultation, and brief check-in calls/emails to clarify the remedy plan in between follow-ups. It does not include any additional remedies (for balance and detox) and adjuncts (such as gemmo extracts, biochemic tissue/cell salts, vitamins/supplements). Links and suggestions may be provided for remedies, gemmos, cell salts, vitamins and supplements, if requested.
Mailing/shipping cost of any samples that are requested and sent from my office is not covered in the fee.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please reach out to discuss and arrange a mutually workable fee.
Payment: The client is responsible for payment of all fees at time of service. Payment may be made with cash, check or credit card. A fee will be charged for any check returned unpaid.
No-shows and Same-day-cancellations: Reminders are sent prior to an appointment as a courtesy, but clients will be held responsible for missed appointments whether or not a reminder is sent. Client is responsible for payment of consult fees for no-shows, and late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Interim Support: For scheduling, please book online. If no suitable slots are available, for brief check-ins, and clarifications of the current plan, please email. There is no charge for such communication and are intended to be brief and able to be taken care of in 5 minutes or less. If an acute appointment (usually 15 minutes) is required, it can often be scheduled the next day or conducted via email, and are chargeable.
Remote Consultations – Off-Site Consultation: I usually use Zoom to set up online meetings, and will provide the client with the necessary link to get connected and begin our meeting at the appointed time.
